According to Espreso.tv: Serhiy Zghurets, director of Defense Express, has offered his assessment of the ongoing situation in both Ukraine and Russia, suggesting that the conflict may settle into a war of attrition lasting until the end of the year. According to him, Russia still holds the capacity to sustain its military campaign, a factor that could reshape the strategic outlook for both nations.
On June 19, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Moscow would prefer to achieve its objectives in the war against Ukraine through diplomatic channels. However, Zghurets argues that in reality, Russian forces are likely preparing for another winter offensive.
