Former military recruiter from Volyn hides millions: investigation into Porsche and real estate.
According to inkorr.com: The family of Oleg Kivlyuk, the former head of the Volyn Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK), possibly owns undeclared assets. After being discharged from the Armed Forces, Kivlyuk began working at the municipal enterprise 'Lutskspetstrans'. This became known from an investigation by the Center for Journalistic Investigations 'Power of Truth', published by 'Glavkom'.
Undeclared assets of the family
According to the investigators, both Kivlyuk and his wife, military officer Bohdana Kivlyuk, did not declare several pieces of expensive property and real estate. A particular focus was drawn to a luxury car, the 2017 Porsche Cayenne, which starts at 38 thousand dollars. The family uses this car, but it does not appear in Bohdana Kivlyuk's declaration.
When questioned by journalists whether this car belongs to her, Malenka replied: 'You are mistaken. I simply gifted the car', after which she provided Oleg Kivlyuk's phone number.
Oleg Kivlyuk explained the origin of the car through friendship with a businesswoman, which he claims began before his work at TCK.
Hidden property from declaration
In addition, the Kivlyuk family also hides real estate, including a service apartment and a mansion in Volodymyr. The Center for Journalistic Investigations announced its intention to submit the collected materials to the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) with a request for verification.
‘These shortcomings are already sufficient to initiate checks. This is either administrative or criminal responsibility,’ explained lawyer of the CPC Oleksiy Boyko.
Thus, the dismissed former head of TCK may have significant undeclared assets together with his family. Among the key objects of the investigation are the expensive car and real estate, which are considered undeclared. Journalists plan to pass this information to the relevant authorities for further verification, which could lead to serious consequences for the former official and his wife.
