Separately, a Ukrainian negotiation team is active in Davos, led by Rustem Umerov with the participation of Kyrylo Budanov and David Arakhamia. Their discussions include measures aimed at improving Ukraine's energy situation. Meanwhile, progress reports on repair work are coming in from the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions, as well as from the cities of Kharkiv and Rivne, demonstrating nationwide efforts to mitigate the crisis.

This energy emergency is a direct consequence of the ongoing war, which has caused massive destruction to the country's civilian infrastructure.
