European defense companies are actively looking for employees due to a boom in orders.
The issue of personnel resources at defense enterprises in Europe due to increased military spending by the United States
The increase in military spending by President Donald Trump has caused problems with personnel resources at defense enterprises in Europe. This issue is confirmed by the vice president of PBS Group, Pavlo Tzechal. He stated that the company wants to expand its workforce but cannot find enough qualified employees.
Even salary increases will not help solve the personnel deficit in the European defense industry, which has been recorded by the consulting firm Kearney. The leading director of KNDS France, Nicolas Chamussy, emphasized that it is necessary to find a balance between rising salaries and maintaining competitiveness.
"Do not forget that we are in a war economy, but we are also in an economic war. If our salaries rise uncontrollably, we will become less competitive,' - stressed Nicolas Chamussy, Managing Director of KNDS France.
As a result of increased military orders in Europe, there is a problem of a shortage of qualified personnel at defense enterprises, even with the possibility of business expansion and salary increases. Solving this problem will require finding innovative approaches to attract qualified workers and ensure competitiveness in the market.
