The general director of the state enterprise of the Ministry of Defense "State Rear Operator" Arsen Zhumadilov divorced. This was reported by "Glavcom" with reference to the data of the court register.

In July of this year, the official and his wife Sabrina filed a joint application to the court for the dissolution of their marriage. It indicated that the couple, officially together since October 2012, had ceased their joint married life. The preservation of the marriage is impossible, as the family has effectively ceased to exist.

Moreover, the wife Sabrina has been living abroad for two years and is not managing a household with her husband Arsen.

Separately, the parties attached a notarized agreement dated July 4, 2024, regarding parental participation in the upbringing and maintenance of the children (the couple has two minor daughters). According to the terms of this agreement, the minor children remain living with their mother. At the same Time, the father participates in the upbringing and maintenance of the children, including paying alimony.

Dissolution of marriage by joint application of the spouses can take place only if, among other things, it is established that the application for dissolution of marriage reflects the true will of the wife and husband... In view of the joint application of the spouses, the circumstances outlined in it, namely, that the marital relations between the applicants have effectively ceased, reconciliation of the spouses, further joint life and preservation of the family are impossible and contrary to their interests and those of the children, the court concluded that the marriage between the applicants should be dissolved.

It is worth noting: according to Arsen Zhumadilov's e-declaration for 2023, his wife Sabrina is a co-owner of a house with an area of 110 sq.m. in Turkey. The overseas property worth 1.8 million UAH appeared in her ownership in December 2021.

As is known, since October 2023, Arsen Zhumadilov has headed the SE "State Rear Operator".
