62 Assaults and Airstrikes in One Day: Ukraine’s General Staff Reveals Main Attack Axes.

According to Espreso.tv: Ukraine’s Armed Forces General Staff reports ongoing intense combat as Russian occupation forces continue to target defensive positions. Since the start of the day, the enemy has launched 62 assaults and carried out numerous shelling attacks on both civilian villages and Ukrainian military positions.

Airstrikes by the enemy were recorded in the following areas:

  • Vilna Sloboda
  • Chervonyi Pakhar
  • Korenok
  • Viktorove

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, two direct engagements occurred. Additionally, the occupiers shelled Ukrainian positions 50 times, with eight of those attacks involving multiple rocket launchers.

On the South-Slobozhanskyi axis, the invaders made four attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses. One attack was also recorded near Kurylivka in the Kupiansk sector. In the Lyman direction, there were four assaults, while on the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled two enemy advances.

Russian units carried out seven attacks in the Kostiantynivka area, and on the Pokrovsk axis, the enemy tried 25 times to dislodge Ukrainian defenders. Furthermore, in the Huliaipole sector, 11 enemy attacks were thwarted. Along the Dnipro front, the occupiers made two futile attempts to push forward.

Current Challenges and Resilience of Ukrainian Forces

As a result, the frontline remains tense, with the enemy persistently trying to regain momentum across multiple sectors. Ukrainian troops continue to hold their ground, effectively countering each assault.

This high level of combat activity highlights the occupiers’ ongoing efforts to strengthen their positions and inflict damage on both the military and civilians. At the same time, Ukrainian defenders are showing remarkable resilience, maintaining control over key sections of the front. These developments underscore the critical need for continued support of Ukraine’s Armed Forces amid the protracted conflict.
