“I played while losing weight. It happened gradually over the last six months.”

 

“You know, with as much darts as I play now, there is no time to rest. While I was playing, I quietly lost weight, and that worked.”

 

“Just mentally. I feel much better. Wearing a medium shirt instead of an XL is already a huge achievement.”

 

“As long as I am confident and feel better before going on stage, that’s only beneficial.”

“I don’t think it’s about the travels. It’s just the pace and the food that you often have to eat, especially in Europe.”

 

“Sometimes you come off stage at 10 or 11 p.m. and are completely hungry, and the only thing you can get is fast food.”

 

“I refuse to do that, trying to eat something normal in the morning. Going to bed hungry is a tough habit. But obviously, it worked.”

 

“I knew I would gradually lose weight. I can’t achieve that overnight. Although I haven’t lost fat on my arms. The most important thing is constant practice and repetition.”

 

“That can have different effects on people. I am doing well.”
