Not all money has been received yet: The Pension Fund of Ukraine responded whether pensions, subsidies, and sick pay will come to Ukrainians by the end of May.
Funding for pensions, subsidies, and sick pay in May
The Pension Fund of Ukraine published information on the funding of pensions, utility subsidies, and sick pay in May. According to data released by the press service of the PFU, Ukrainians who have not yet received payments can remain calm, as their payments are ongoing, and funds should arrive by the end of the month.
- for pension payments – 34.1 billion UAH;
- for housing subsidies and benefits – 3060.4 million UAH;
- for insurance payments – 2053.2 million UAH, including payments for sick leave amounting to 810.4 million UAH.
In addition, in May, 449.2 thousand services were provided to individuals who contacted the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. It is reminded that the Ukrainian authorities have established additional assistance for certain categories of citizens.
Overall, the mentioned information indicates the stability of the social assistance payment process in the country and the careful consideration of citizens' needs by the relevant institutions.
