Attacks on Kharkiv and Sumy Region

According to UATV: Russian forces are continuing their assaults on Kharkiv and the Sumy region, resulting in casualties. In Kharkiv, strikes using guided aerial bombs have entered a second day. One residential high-rise building has been destroyed. At least one person has been killed, and nine others—including a six-year-old child—have been injured. The body of the deceased was recovered from the rubble.

In the Sumy region, a Russian drone struck the grounds of a food processing facility, injuring two people. A fire broke out at the scene. Notably, this marks the second time this year that Russian troops have targeted a facility owned by Mondelez.

Escalating Violence in Dnipropetrovsk Region

Additionally, on June 19, Russian forces launched over 30 drone and artillery attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Nikopol area, these strikes killed two people and wounded eight others. This recent wave of attacks underscores the intensifying violence and deteriorating security situation in regions affected by the war.

Oleh Syniehubov reported: 'Five people have been hospitalized, while four others received medical care on site.'

These events highlight the growing danger for civilians as attacks on residential buildings and industrial sites become more frequent. The international community has expressed concern over the rising toll on non-combatants, emphasizing the urgent need for stronger civilian protections and humanitarian aid in conflict zones. As the situation worsens, continued monitoring and rapid response to the needs of those affected remain critical.
