Wanted to please my beloved, but customs detained him: a young man brought Cartier, LV and Dyson from Poland.


At the Lviv customs, a young man was detained for not declaring goods from Cartier, LV and Dyson that he brought from Poland. The man violated customs rules. This was reported by the customs authorities.
A 24-year-old resident of Chernivtsi region was returning from Poland through the 'Shehyni-Medyka' border crossing. During the inspection of the 'Mercedes' minibus, in which the man was returning, customs officials found undeclared goods intended for women. Among these items were Cartier rings made of white and pink gold, Cartier perfumes, a Louis Vuitton bag, a Dyson styler, and other items for women.
It is stated that the estimated value of the undeclared goods was over 330 thousand hryvnias. For failing to declare goods carried across the border by citizens, a protocol was drawn up in accordance with part 2 of Article 471 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. Information about this was reported at the specified point.
In addition, at the 'Krakovets' border crossing, customs officials discovered undeclared Dyson stylers and two MacBook Apple laptops with another man. An administrative protocol was also drawn up against him.
It is worth noting that there is administrative responsibility for undeclared goods, money, and vehicles. For violating customs rules, citizens may receive a warning, a fine, or confiscation.
In the event of a violation of customs rights, goods, money, and vehicles transported across the border may be seized by customs.
