According to Espreso.tv: Olena Mazur, head of the Olenivka Community organization, announced that DNA analysis has verified the identities of 48 individuals who lost their lives in the Olenivka tragedy. These confirmed names, along with supporting evidence, have now been submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC). Mazur stated that the surnames of 48 victims are definitively known at this point. This breakthrough underscores the growing momentum behind efforts to hold perpetrators accountable for wartime atrocities in Ukraine.

The materials compiled during the Ukrainian investigation were forwarded to the ICC in December 2024. Mazur provided further details:

'All the documentation we were able to gather remotely was handed over to the International Criminal Court in December 2024.'

Mazur also indicated that roughly one hundred individuals may still be held in Russian captivity.
