Who is behind the attractions in Kyiv — investigation revealed a Russian trail.
This is stated in the Novyny.LIVE project 'Our Matter'.
Companies' activities in Kyiv
According to lawyer Dmytro Kalka, the difference in issuing tickets through various individual entrepreneurs helps avoid tax complications. Oleksandra Chyhyryn confirms that 'Active Country' has been operating in Rylskyi Park since 2016, which is interesting information.
'It is unclear how that 'transparent' competition went, because 'unexpectedly' the same 'Active Country' won and legitimized its entertainment', Chyhyryn added.
Who are the founders
In the LLC 'Active Country', the co-founders are Oleksandr Koverenko, Denys Kurta, and Klym Palaschenko. Journalists discovered identical contact information in the company 'SBONDS-Ukraine', which also received recognition from the Kyiv City State Administration in 2020.
It was previously found that the ultimate beneficiary of 'SBONDS-Ukraine' was a citizen of Russia, Lyalin Serhiy Volodymyrovych, which raises questions. Klym Palaschenko, when asked about his involvement with this company, did not provide a clear answer.
It was noted that an official from the Kyiv City State Administration was suspected of causing budget losses, which creates certain concerns.
Further investigations indicate possible connections of Russian companies and individuals with business in Kyiv, which may raise doubts about the activities of various organizations in the city.Read also
