Family Vacation with a Dog: Agility Courses and Water Park at Meadow Bay.
Family Entertainment on Hayling Island
According to The Sun: “STANLEY! You need to go on the swings, just like this,” shouted seven-year-old Eva, trying to master the first stage of the dog course.
Our cockapoo puppy needed a little encouragement to jump through hoops and balance on the bridges.

After successfully completing the course, our puppy returned to our lovely caravan at Meadow Bay Villages to rest.
This two-bedroom holiday home is comfortable and easily accommodates a family of six, plus a puppy.
The caravan is tucked away in a cozy corner of the resort, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway, far from the bustling center.
The windows overlook beautiful fields, and there's a private hot tub on the terrace – a favorite pastime for our kids: Jessica, ten, Emilia, ten, eight-year-old Isabel, and Eva.
Inside, there's everything needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and bathrooms that are significantly larger than one might expect in a holiday home.
The addition of items like an air fryer has also been a pleasant bonus.
Swimming is free with your stay, but you must book in advance.
There are both indoor and outdoor pools on the property.
Exciting Activities
One of the highlights of our trip was the inflatable obstacle course Wipeout – a huge set of inflatable structures in the pool where kids could compete.
Two compete at a time, and it can get VERY competitive.
Our kids didn’t know we had booked this, and they were thrilled when they saw the surprise.
Emilia immediately claimed she had tried something similar before, so she might be skilled – now it’s family legend, as she was the first of the four to fall into the water.
Isabel received a speed award, racing down the inflatable lane and straight onto the slide.
Jessica was the “cherry on top” in this case – with her on the slide, you are definitely going in the pool, as the inflatable element bounced so high.
Eva experienced this firsthand, managing to do a flip over the edge before falling into the water.
Wipeout costs £7.50 per person, but there are also plenty of free activities in the park.
Delicious Food
There is a playground and many sports areas where you can play badminton or golf.
The dog course became a family favorite, as everyone eagerly tried to teach Stanley to jump through hoops and balance on high beams, aspiring to the level of Crufts.
One can confidently say he won’t be competing anytime soon, but everyone had fun trying.
The excellent restaurant where we dined offers tasty food with plenty of “beige” options for picky kids, and healthier choices for those who like to experiment.
The club house offers discos, music events, interactive shows, raffles, and other activities; you can also pay for entertainments such as canoeing, pottery, painting, and teddy bear making.
Overall, you definitely know what you are getting when choosing a caravan holiday at Meadow Bay.
It’s affordable, and the kids will be thrilled, especially if you have a potential show dog.
