New National Fairground Museum at Statfold Country Park

According to The Sun: We were among the first visitors captivated by the heritage rides and attractions at the museum during its grand opening at the start of the holidays, after its move from Dingles in Devon over the winter. We were greeted by dazzling fairground art adorning the walls, a model of Popeye riding a rocket, and a mirror maze that brought smiles to everyone.

One of the quotes: 'This is not the first time we have visited Statfold - we even celebrated our youngest's fourth birthday there as he is a big fan of railways.'

The museum is situated on a site that already offers steam trains, vintage cars, soft play areas, a climbing wall, roller disco, and crazy golf.

It’s worth noting that children under 150 cm have a trampoline and slide. You can take a ride on the light railway, which will transport visitors to a nearby forest and then to the fairground museum.

A ticket for the entire area was purchased, which included access to all attractions and unlimited train rides.

Other Dingles attractions have moved to different museums, but Drayton Manor amusement park is very close to Statfold, making them easy to combine for a fun weekend.

We will definitely return to enjoy all the attractions at the fairground museum in 2025.

After the move of the fairground museum to Statfold Country Park from Dingles to Devon, new opportunities have opened for visitors. Dazzling fairground art welcomes guests, making every visit exceptional. There are attractions for the whole family, including fun for children and relaxation for adults. It is a place worth visiting for quality family leisure.
