Flights will operate twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays from November 27 to December 21.

Package deals start at £270 per person and include flights, hotels, and baggage.

According to a report by TravelSupermarket, Krakow has been recognized as one of the cheapest cities in Europe.

The main Christmas market is located in the main square, where most tourists like to go during winter.

Last year, it was considered one of the most accessible according to Post Office Travel Money.

Although the exact opening date of the market has not yet been confirmed, it is expected to open on November 28, like last year, and remain open until the end of December.

Colorful events and market traditions

The market takes place in the main square - the largest medieval square in Europe, where the Renaissance Sukiennice, one of the oldest shopping centers in the world, is located.

It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers a wide selection: from punch and beer to food and souvenirs.

Be sure to try the Krakow sausage (local sausage) and the spicy beetroot soup.

Krakow is also known for its cheap beer prices - drinks are available from £1.50.

Impressions from the market

Ion Kliwa from The Sun visited the Christmas market in Krakow. She noted:

„You can spend hours wandering through the 13 centuries-old trading street and the endless rows of wooden huts selling everything from small gifts to glass sculptures, huge fur caps, and old rifle models.”
„The snow continued to fall as we ate Pierogi (Polish dumplings) outside and stuffed ourselves with Nutella waffles.”
„Changes are in the air for modern Krakow, which has a wealth of art, culture, delicious food, and a hint of spiciness.”
