Ukrainian troops continue to steadfastly defend the territory from Russian invaders. During the day, the enemy launched a missile strike, carried out 59 airstrikes, and deployed 751 kamikaze drones. They also shelled our positions and settlements 3391 times.

War news in Ukraine

In the last few hours, 122 combat engagements have occurred. Ukrainian troops are actively repelling enemy attacks, delivering effective strikes and exhausting them along the entire front line and in the rear. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Latest news from the front

The toughest battles are ongoing in the Pokrovske and Kurakhivske directions.

In the Kharkiv direction

During the day, the occupiers unsuccessfully attacked the Volchansk area three times.

In the Kupiansk direction

The enemy assaulted Ukrainian military positions in the areas of Synkivka, Kolisnykivka, and Lozova eight times. Fighting near Stelmakhivka continues.

In the Lyman direction

Russian invaders attempted to advance in the areas of Nevske and Druzhkivka 6 times. Our defenders are firmly holding the defense and inflicting significant losses on the enemy.

In the Siversk direction

The enemy carried out 5 attacks, with the highest activity in the Verkhnekaminske area. Two battles are ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction

The occupiers tried to break through our defenses near Chasiv Yar and Stupochka. The situation is currently under the control of Ukrainian troops.

In the Toretsk direction

Aggressors attacked air-supported positions near Toretsk, Nelipivka, and in the New York area 5 times. Two battles are ongoing.

In the Pokrovske direction

Intense fighting continues. During the day, 32 engagements took place. The enemy continues to advance on positions near Vozdvizhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Zeleny Hai, Novotroitske, Grodivka, Novohrodivka, Selidove, and Mykhailivka. Our defenders repelled 28 attacks. The main efforts of the enemy today were focused in the area of Grodivka and Novohrodivka, where about 50 percent of all engagements occurred.

Enemy losses currently stand at 377 killed and wounded. Additionally, one tank, two armored fighting vehicles, three artillery systems, and 10 vehicles were destroyed, with another three tanks and four artillery systems damaged.

In the Kurakhivske direction

During the day, 48 combat engagements of varying intensity took place. The majority of attacks were on the settlements of Kostyantynivka and Heorhiivka, as well as towards Ukrainske, Oleksandrivka, and Zhelane First.

Preliminary enemy losses in this direction amounted to 105 killed and wounded. Two tanks, 11 armored fighting vehicles, and two cars were destroyed, with another tank and 11 IFVs damaged.

In the Vremivske direction

Today, the enemy attacked the front line of our defense in the areas of Vodyane and Zolota Niva five times. Ukrainian warriors stopped three attacks, with two more ongoing.

In the Prydniprovsk direction

Six enemy attacks on our troops' positions failed.

Defense forces continue to defend the territory from Russian occupiers. Special mention should be made of the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces and the 35th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi, who bravely hold the line, successfully repel enemy attacks, and inflict significant losses on them.
