According to Novyny.live: The city of Kyiv has declared July 3 a Day of Mourning to honor the victims of the most severe assault by occupying forces on the capital, which left 13 people dead and around 90 injured. Many civilians, including children, were affected during this tragedy. This attack marks one of the deadliest strikes on the city in recent months, intensifying the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated: 'Tomorrow, July 3, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv. In memory of the victims of the most massive enemy attack on the capital.'

A search-and-rescue operation is still underway in the Darnytskyi district, the area hardest hit by the assault. Rescuers are sifting through debris, searching for a 15-year-old girl and her family. The strike damaged a building and nine ambulances, also wounding six emergency medical workers.

Notably, the attack targeted an ambulance substation, severely disrupting medical services. In response, public transportation routes in the capital have been altered, further impacting residents' daily lives.
