Deadly Attack Hits Kyiv on July 6
According to Novyny.live: A Russian strike on Kyiv on July 6 has left nine people dead and more than 40 others injured, according to official reports. Timur Tkachenko confirmed that the attack resulted in nine fatalities and 46 casualties so far.
Among the wounded are five children. The assault targeted both Kyiv and the surrounding Kyiv region, with one man killed in the Bucha district. Rescue operations are currently underway as emergency crews continue working in the affected areas, where the situation remains critical.
This attack is part of Russia's ongoing aggression against Ukraine, which continues to inflict heavy civilian casualties. Strikes on residential zones—where children and other vulnerable groups are often present—have drawn widespread international outrage and condemnation. Ukrainian authorities are urging stronger sanctions against the aggressor and increased support from the global community to protect the country's cities and citizens.
