The end of the heatwave is tomorrow: where storms, hail, and heavy rains will strike.
Forecaster Natalka Didenko reported that as of June 11, the period of extreme heat in Ukraine will end, and air temperatures will drop to more comfortable levels across all regions of the country.
According to Didenko, temperatures in the thirties will leave Ukraine by tomorrow. Even in the eastern and southern parts, a decrease in temperature to +25+29 degrees is expected. Only in some areas of Crimea, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions may there be local increases due to solar heating.
In most regions of Ukraine, the temperature on June 11 is expected to be within +21+25 degrees, with the coolest conditions in the west of the country – from +18 to +23 degrees. However, on Wednesday, an atmospheric front will arrive from the northwest, leading to short-term stormy rains in some areas.
After a long period of extreme heat, forecasters predict a decrease in air temperature in Ukraine to comfortable levels. Even in the hottest regions of the country, a pleasant drop in temperature is expected, bringing relief to residents. The atmospheric front arriving on Wednesday will cause short-term stormy rains, but overall, the weather situation will be more favorable for comfortable outdoor activities.
According to forecasters' predictions, from June 11, a drop in air temperature is expected in Ukraine following a long period of heat. Even in regions where the highest heat prevailed, temperatures will decrease to more comfortable values, providing relief for residents. Short-term stormy rains are also expected, but in general, the weather will be more favorable for walks and active recreation.
