Commandant's Office: Cadets of Russian military academies take exams by shelling villages in the Kursk region.
Military personnel in training are operating Russian drones during shelling in the Kursk region, reported press officer Oleksii Dmytrashkivskyi. In particular, residential areas of civilians are targeted, and most drones fall on private houses where there are no Ukrainian military. The Russian Armed Forces have been doing this since 2014, when cadets of the artillery academy organized shelling in the Granitne area. There is speculation that the Russians continue to train their future specialists.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has appealed to the UN to participate in humanitarian response in the Kursk region of Russia and emphasized that Ukraine is fulfilling its obligations under international humanitarian law, especially regarding the protection of civilians in the Kursk region.
