The aid, amounting to 10,800 Ukrainian hryvnias, is intended to support vulnerable groups, including pensioners and people with disabilities. This program is part of ongoing international efforts to provide humanitarian support within Ukraine.
Eligibility Criteria for Vulnerable Groups
Assistance will be provided to households meeting specific vulnerability criteria, such as:

- Households headed by elderly individuals (over 55 years old);
- Families composed solely of elderly citizens or those raising minor children;
- Households with members who have disabilities or serious illnesses.
A key requirement is that applicants must not have received payments from other funds in the preceding three months, and the total household income must not exceed 6,300 hryvnias.
Eligible applicants will receive 3,600 hryvnias per person for a period of three months. Residents of Konotop can register by calling 063 182 68 38. - Tax identification number;
- Internally Displaced Person certificate (if applicable);
