ENT doctor Olena Vladimirova, who is a member of the Military Medical Commission (VLC) of the Halytsko-Frankivsk Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC) in Lviv, submitted her annual declaration. In it she stated that her husband received an apartment and a garage for only 2 UAH. This was reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to the register of declarations.

The apartment with an area of 73.3 sq. m and the garage with an area of 20.7 sq. m in Lviv were transferred to the name of Yuriy Rybachuk, the doctor’s husband, on August 20, 2024.

Real estate and assets

Olena Vladimirova received another apartment with an area of 71.2 sq. m in Lviv a year ago. The cost of this purchase was 2.4 million UAH. Her family also has a third apartment with an area of 48.5 sq. m in Lviv (cost not specified), as well as a small land plot in the region and a 2008 'Lada' car.

Over the year, doctor Vladimirova earned 469.6 thousand UAH from two jobs, and her husband, also a medic, earned 137 thousand UAH.

In addition, the couple receives a pension - 90.3 thousand UAH and 58.9 thousand UAH. However, they do not keep cash or money in the bank, according to the declaration.

Acquiring an apartment at a symbolic cost

The husband’s brother passed away, and he inherited. The notary’s note does not have a monetary assessment of the property. It states 0.1 UAH. Therefore, I rounded it up to a hryvnia instead of ten kopecks

Curious, 'Glavkom' asked Olena Vladimirova how her husband managed to receive the apartment and garage for two hryvnias. She explained that her husband inherited them after his brother's death, and no monetary value was specified in the inheritance.
