The legendary commander explained when Ukraine would be able to restore the borders of 1991.
Hero of Ukraine, Lieutenant Colonel Kyrylo Veres, stated that Ukraine would be able to restore the borders of 1991, but not by force. He is confident that the lands will return to Ukraine on their own over time and after appropriate actions. Veres emphasized that mere force will not achieve this, especially considering the conflict in Donbas and the active war from Russia. He noted that it is necessary first to stabilize the front line, stop losing territories, minimize losses, and inflict maximum strikes on the enemy before thinking about the return of the lands.
President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced the first item of the victory plan, which envisages Ukraine's membership in NATO. He also promises that in November a document with conditions for a fair end to the war with Russia will be ready.
