News from the war front in Ukraine
The enemy conducted 50 airstrikes and used 100 guided aviation bombs. Additionally, the hostile forces used 1117 kamikaze drones and carried out 4146 shelling on the positions of the Ukrainian military and populated areas.
Recent events on the front
On the evening of May 19, there were 156 combat clashes. The defense forces are actively resisting the plans of Russian invaders for an offensive and are trying to exhaust their combat strength. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Pokrovsk direction
The Russian troops carried out the most offensive actions. Their attacks were aimed at a number of populated areas.
In the Kharkiv direction
Ukrainian units were attacked twice in the areas of Vovchansk and Kutkivka.
