“the air defense system must cover various altitudes”—a clear signal of the nation's commitment to shielding itself from potential airborne threats.

In the Romanian city of Galați, two people were injured when a Russian drone crashed, leading to the evacuation of roughly 70 residents. “the cost of interception is not our top priority”, reflecting Lithuania's determination to protect its airspace at any expense.
