Lukashenko sends a message to Zelensky: called to preserve Ukraine.
According to ТСН: The dictator of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko sent his 'message' to the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, urging to preserve Ukraine 'in its current borders'.
This information was reported by Lukashenko to the journalist of 'Russia-1' Pavel Zarubin.
'If you want to preserve Ukraine in its current borders, you need to negotiate, do not torpedo the talks', Lukashenko stated.
What else did Lukashenko say
In the opinion of the Belarusian leader:
in the US plan regarding Ukraine he 'saw no moments that Kyiv could not agree on';
as long as Ukraine has access to the sea, as well as Odesa and Mykolaiv, 'this may not be there in an instant';
in the 'conflict' with Ukraine, there may be no winners, and if someone wins, it certainly will not be the European Union.
Earlier, Lukashenko expressed hope for a possible end to the war in Ukraine, noting that 'like never before, he believes' that its end is approaching.
'This is a war, and at any moment an unpredictable situation may occur that can generally turn the situation back. War is war', he added.
Lukashenko's comments reflect his position in the context of rising tensions in the region. Despite his words about the necessity of peaceful negotiations, the situation remains quite alarming. Such public statements may influence the prediction of the next steps for both Ukraine and the international community in this matter.
