Almost 600 companies of the Federation of Employers have changed their region of activity.

Almost 600 companies and enterprises that are part of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine are located in other regions of Ukraine, and 247 enterprises have fallen victim to Russian aggression.
This was stated by the general director of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine Ruslan Illichov during the expert forum 'Mental Health of the Nation and the Rehabilitation of Military and Civilian During the War: The Joint Responsibility of the State, Business and Civil Society', which took place at Ukrinform.
'Every business owner understands that the most important value is people. We clearly saw this during relocations. And it continues now. Almost 600 companies have moved to the western part of the country and to the center,' said Illichov.
Illichov noted that 247 enterprises that are members of the Federation of Employers have become victims of Russian shelling, and many companies continue to operate in the conflict zone. More than 200 companies specialize in the defense sector.
Illichov also noted that employers provide support to their employees by organizing mental and social-psychological support, offering housing or compensation for it during relocation, and also supporting the families of servicemen.
According to the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, about 15% of employees from 8 thousand enterprises and companies that belong to the Federation are mobilized.
Illichov noted that one of the important ways to support veterans is to return them to work and workplaces.
'Many companies continue to pay the average salary to servicemen, help their families, but the best rehabilitation is returning a person to their job, to perform the tasks they were doing before. We believe this is the fastest way to adaptation. The main role of the state is to not let us stop, to help through industrial, economic policy, and through state orders,' said Illichov.
He also noted that wealthy employers are already implementing initiatives for social-psychological support for veterans and employees, but small companies often do not have such opportunities. In this case, collaboration with communities can be effective for implementing such initiatives.
