Mariupol: New occupiers' buildings have started to collapse due to low quality.
The occupiers plan to open the drama theater in Mariupol for performances and concerts
According to inkorr.com: The Russian occupiers announced the completion of repairs at the Mariupol drama theater, intending to open it as early as December this year. The former site of suffering for local residents is now planned to be transformed into a stage for Russian performances and concerts.
“To stage Russian plays and organize a 'black rainbow' on the bones of Mariupol residents who perished during the occupation,” emphasized the local council.
New buildings in Mariupol have started to collapse due to low construction quality
After the city was captured, residential buildings of the 'Nevsky' complex, built in 2023, have begun to show obvious signs of destruction. The cladding is falling off, and the housing standards do not withstand even short-term use.
“These buildings are no worse than good Moscow apartments,” noted former president of Russia Vladimir Putin during a construction inspection two years ago.
However, it has now become clear that haste and low work quality have led to the rapid destruction of housing in Mariupol.
After the Russian invaders occupied Mariupol, Ukrainians continue to suffer from the consequences of prolonged war and brutal occupation. Poor construction quality of residential buildings and military arbitrariness become yet another tragic aspect of this situation. Local residents are forced to face the aftermath not only of military actions but also of the irresponsible approach to restoring infrastructure.
