Elon Musk and OpenAI: the misunderstanding continues

Elon Musk responded to accusations from OpenAI of attempting to harm their startup. In a court document, his lawyer requested to dismiss the allegations that Musk is using various methods to damage OpenAI in order to gain an advantage for his own artificial intelligence startup.

The dispute between Musk and OpenAI's CEO, Sam Altman, continues as OpenAI negotiates restructuring. Musk accused OpenAI of betrayal when they accepted funding from Microsoft Corp. after he left the startup's board of directors. The court hearing for this case is scheduled for March.
