In the Sumy region, emergency outage schedules were implemented across 10 power distribution queues. In Kharkiv city and the surrounding oblast, similar emergency schedules were activated from 12:00 noon to stabilize the crippled power grid. Meanwhile, household electricity tariffs are set to remain fixed at 4.32 UAH per kWh from February 1, 2026. This price stability is a key concern for consumers, as both reliable power access and economic conditions directly impact daily life amidst the ongoing conflict.
