According to inkorr.com: On the night of November 8, Russian forces carried out a large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine, particularly in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Vladislav Haivanenko, reported that a drone hit a residential building in the center of Dnipro. As a result of the attacks, seven people were injured, including two children aged 2 and 13 years.

In the Kharkiv region, aviation bombs from Russian military forces hit a gas station, injuring five people, including one police officer. The attacks also caused damage to the gas station and civilian vehicles.
