According to UATV: On January 20, 2023, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha issued a statement regarding a major Russian attack across several Ukrainian regions. The assault served as a stark alarm for world leaders gathered at the World Economic Forum in Davos. “the resilience of the Ukrainian people cannot be a justification for the continuation of this war.”He noted that

Sybiha also emphasized the importance of achieving peace, asserting that “without a solid peace for Ukraine, there will be no peace in Europe.” He called for:
