Europa-Park recognized as the best theme park in the world

According to The Sun: The Europa-Park theme park in Germany has been awarded the title of the best park in the world, surpassing Disneyland Paris and Orlando. This is the park's tenth win at the Golden Ticket Awards.

EUROPA PARK

It achieved this by competing with popular Disney and Universal locations. Europa-Park comprises several themed areas that recreate different European countries and regions.

This allows visitors to see Europe in just one day.

In the park, you can find mini-versions of Italy with St. Mark's Square and a pizzeria, as well as areas dedicated to Spain, the Netherlands, England, Switzerland, and Scandinavia with fjords and a Norwegian church.

Europa-Park offers 14 roller coasters, the largest of which is Silver Star with a drop of 67 meters and a speed of over 80 miles per hour. Other attractions include raft rides, boat tours, and a ride that simulates a Swiss bobsled track.

The park also has 50 themed restaurants and bars, allowing visitors to choose dishes to suit any taste—from Italian pizza to American cuisine.

New addition - Silver Lake City

In June 2025, Europa-Park will open Silver Lake City—a Wild West-themed summer village. There will be an opportunity to relax in Tipi Town accommodations, offering 630 sleeping places in styled wagons or cabins.

The village will feature four new dining establishments, including Diner Station, located in a themed western train station where visitors can enjoy a buffet in specially equipped wagons.

Next to the theme park is Rulantica—a large water park with 50 slides and attractions. A new outdoor pool with a bar, accommodating 150 guests, will also open here.

Visiting Costs and Location

Tickets for a one-day entry to Europa-Park cost €52 (£45.02) for adults, while for children aged 4 to 11 and seniors, it starts from €44 (£38.10).

You can also fly directly to Basel, which takes an hour and a half, and then drive for about an hour to the theme park.

EUROPA PARK Europa-Park continues to attract visitors not only with thrilling attractions but also with unique themes that allow everyone to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of European cultures. The park's expansions, such as the news of the opening of Silver Lake City, promise even more entertainment for families and travelers.
