The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense offers servicemen the opportunity to return to duty through the 'Army+' application. This allows them to do so without criminal prosecution. Applications must be submitted by August 30 using the app, after which the serviceman is given 24 hours to report to the unit that will assist in processing documents and safely transporting them to the military unit. The commander has 72 hours to provide the serviceman and notify them of the resumption of service, after which a report can be submitted for transfer to another unit, indicating the reason and position in the reserve battalion.
Following the introduction of this procedure, more than 120 reports have been received from servicemen in one day. According to Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohurenko, the 'Army+' app helps reduce the time from submitting the report to the appointment of new duties and brings more benefits.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has offered servicemen the possibility of a quick return to service using the 'Army+' app. This procedure allows avoiding criminal prosecution and ensures a fast processing of documents for servicemen to return to duty. The app has already gained significant interest among servicemen, indicating the popularity of this initiative.
