Launch of the new military accounting system 'Impulse'

According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense has introduced a new digital platform for accounting military personnel called 'Impulse'. This system will provide access to up-to-date information about each soldier in a convenient electronic format. Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal noted that 'Impulse' will allow for quick access to information on assignments, document formation, and personnel data of military units.

Implementation in the army

The system is already actively used in the Air Assault Forces, and its implementation in the Ground Forces and newly created corps is planned in the near future. In addition, integration of 'Impulse' with other digital solutions for the Armed Forces, such as the 'Army+' application and Medical Information System, is expected to create a unified electronic space for personnel management.

Updates in the 'Reserve+' application

Updates are also planned for the military application 'Reserve+': users will have the opportunity to apply for deferment from mobilization for parents of children with disabilities online, regardless of the child's age.

The implementation of the 'Impulse' system and updates in 'Reserve+' are important steps in modernizing military data management in Ukraine. The introduction of new technologies will simplify accounting and servicing of personnel, enhancing the effectiveness of the Armed Forces' operations. These changes are particularly intended to facilitate access for Ukrainian servicemen to necessary data and support military families in difficult wartime conditions.
