Parking Spaces: Prices Reach Up to 900 Thousand.
According to OLX Real Estate, in February 2025, the median price of a parking space in Ukraine was more than 708 thousand hryvnias, which is 8.7% higher than in 2024. Demand increased by 18%, but supply decreased by 4.6%.
The highest number of announcements for the sale of parking spaces comes from Kyiv with an average price of over 879 thousand hryvnias, which is 1.8% less than in February 2024.
Parking prices are primarily rising from now on, especially in Odesa (14.7%), Lviv (10%), and Dnipro (8%).
On the other hand, the demand for purchasing parking spaces decreased by 27.6%, and prices fell by 3%. The most significant price drops are observed in Dnipro (88.2%), Kyiv (38.2%), and Odesa (9.8%).
The highest median price for a parking space is recorded in Lviv - 564 thousand hryvnias, which is 13% higher than in February 2024.
Overall, in 2025, there is a growth in the value of spaces and demand for parking in cities with the largest supply, while prices and demand for parking spaces are decreasing.
