Mobilization in Ukraine only with consent: whom TCC will not affect.
Ukraine continues to be in a state of war, during which mobilization is conducted. Lawyers report exceptions to the draft of conscripts.
Men under the age of 25 and individuals aged 50 to 60 cannot be conscripted into compulsory military service.
Citizens with officially registered deferments, men with confirmed disabilities, and former POWs who have returned from captivity are also exempt from conscription.
It is important to note that the mobilization of persons with disabilities is possible only with their personal consent after undergoing an examination by the military medical commission (MMC).
The exception is men with scarce military specialties who can be conscripted regardless of age.
Recall: The Ministry of Defense has started testing online deferments from mobilization in Reserved+.
