On Tuesday, July 22, in the Donetsk region, the commander of the United Assault Brigade of the National Police of Ukraine 'Lut', Maxim Kazban, tragically died in a traffic accident. This was reported by the press service of the National Police on Telegram.
Death in a car accident of Maxim Kazban
'A person of honor and word. Courage and strength of spirit. The one whom hundreds followed in the most difficult times… A true warrior and patriot of his country', - is stated in the message.
The National Police expressed incredible pain and sorrow, extending condolences to the family, relatives of Maxim, and all police officers who knew him. 'Rest in peace, Maxim. Honor. Forever in the ranks', - they added in the National Police.
Let us remind you that on July 20, a fatal traffic accident occurred in the Lviv region, and earlier in Kyiv, a prosecutor's employee hit a woman and fled the scene of the accident, resulting in her death.
The tragic news of Maxim Kazban's death caused deep mourning among the ranks of the police service and the public. His influence and dedication to service will be remembered forever.
