These restrictions, in effect from 00:00 to 24:00, are a direct result of the damage sustained by the energy infrastructure. Energy officials have confirmed that the situation within the power system remains highly unstable, a common challenge for many Ukrainian regions under fire.

Provisional Blackout Schedule

The provisional schedule outlines specific time slots for different consumer groups, known as 'queues':

• Queue 1.1: blackouts from 10:00 to 13:30
• Queue 1.2: no power cuts scheduled
• Queues 2.1 and 2.2: from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 20:30 to 24:00
• Queues 3.1 and 4.1: from 13:30 to 17:00
• Queue 3.2: no power cuts scheduled
• Queues 5.1 and 5.2: from 08:00 to 10:00
• Queues 6.1 and 6.2: from 17:00 to 20:00 and from 08:00 to 10:00, respectively
