In this case, the soldier claimed that he found the firearms ammunition at home by accident. However, during the search, police discovered these munitions in his possession. Therefore, the court decided on his imprisonment.
Court ruling
The court found the soldier guilty of illegal possession of ammunition and decided to deprive him of liberty for a term of 3 years. Additionally, a month was added to this term for an earlier unpunished offense.
