A retirement home in Odesa has caught fire: there are dead and injured (photo).
Three people died in a fire at a retirement home in Odesa. This was reported by the State Emergency Service.
The incident happened in the village of Malihonove in the Bereziv district.
According to rescuers, 17 residents of the retirement home were successfully evacuated. Six of them were poisoned by smoke and required hospitalization. All victims are receiving the necessary medical assistance.
The fire was extinguished by firefighters. It covered an area of 100 square meters. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service were on-site, providing support to the victims and witnesses of the tragedy.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.

Recall that on February 11, a private house caught fire in the village of Nebylytsia, which is in the Bucha district. During the firefighting, the body of a 71-year-old homeowner was found.
