A Sharp Cold Snap Approaches Ukraine: When to Expect the First Snow.
Ukraine is expected to face a sharp change in weather on October 31 with short-term rains and strengthening winds. Meteorologist Ihor Kibalchych forecasts the first snow on November 2. According to the meteorologist, these changes are associated with active cyclonic activity in northern Europe. Meteorologist Ihor Kibalchych reported that on the night of October 31 in the western regions and during the day in most parts of the country except the southern regions, there will be small short-term rains. During the day, temperatures are expected from +9°C to +14°C, and in the southwestern regions in some places up to +18°C.
On November 2, due to the influence of an active cyclone, unstable and windy weather with small rains is expected. In the northern and some western regions, light wet snow and sleet are possible. Air temperatures will range from +6°C to +11°C, and in the western and northern regions from +2°C to +7°C.
