A new industrial park will appear in Transcarpathia: details.
The government of Ukraine has registered a new industrial park 'Muzhai' in the Transcarpathian region. The area of the park is 30.5 hectares, and the number of jobs planned to be created is 427. The main focus of the park will be the processing industry, with an emphasis on the production of food products, furniture, and trailers.
The initiative to create the park was taken by Orest Velychko, known as the owner of the companies 'S.V.City Group' (Lviv) and 'Astey Trans Logistic', as well as Fedir Tovt from the town of Berehove. This park became the 98th registered industrial park in Ukraine.
Participants of registered industrial parks have various tax and customs privileges, including exemption from import VAT, customs duties on equipment, and profit tax for a period of 10 years. The government also plans to allocate 1 billion UAH for the construction and modernization of industrial infrastructure in industrial parks by 2025.
Other new industrial parks
An industrial park 'Integral' is also planned to be created in Vinnytsia on the territory of the former lamp factory. This park will be established by the company 'Invest Holding Company' with an investment of 1 billion UAH in construction and the creation of over 930 jobs.
These investments are critical for the development of the community during the war, said Vinnytsia Mayor Serhiy Morgunov.
In addition, the government has decided to create two new industrial parks. In the Rivne region, a park specializing in industrial processing is planned, which will lead to the creation of 1.4 thousand jobs and investments of over 1 billion UAH. Another park in Lviv region will specialize in furniture production and will have investments of over 2 billion UAH and more than 2 thousand new jobs.
