Naftogaz named three main reasons for the emergence of gas debts.
The gas supply company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" provided a detailed explanation of possible reasons for the appearance of debts in gas bills.
Among the main reasons, the company highlights three key factors. Firstly, there may be incorrectly entered meter readings or an error in the personal account number.
Secondly, the debt may arise due to untimely data transmission, when the gas distribution network operator uses a calculated, rather than actually consumed, volume of gas. The third reason is the untimely payment of previous bills.
To prevent the emergence of debts, the company recommends regularly monitoring gas consumption and comparing data with bills.
Consumers can receive additional explanations through the company's chatbots on Telegram (@GASUA) and Viber (GASUA), or by sending a request to the email [email protected].
Recall, Kyiv region gas stations showed how fuel prices for gasoline, diesel, and autogas changed at the beginning of November.
