Naftogaz showed how much to pay top managers during the war: you wouldn't even dream of this.
The heads and supervisory board of Naftogaz of Ukraine received a certain amount of money last year. According to the company's report, a total of 81 million hryvnias was allocated to 11 top managers (5 board members and 6 directors). The average amount received by each manager is about 7.3 million hryvnias per year or 613.3 thousand hryvnias per month. In the previous year, 77 million hryvnias was allocated for the remuneration of the management staff.
The supervisory board of the company was also allocated funds. In 2024, 33 million hryvnias were spent on its activities, significantly exceeding the figure of last year - 18 million hryvnias. Of this total amount, 29 million hryvnias was paid to the members of the supervisory board, and another 4 million was for reimbursement of various expenses.
It is stated that the members of the supervisory board were granted a fixed remuneration, which is paid based on the terms of individual contracts. As a result of the year, the company made a profit of 23.9 billion hryvnias.
