"Naftogaz of Ukraine" provides several key recommendations for ensuring safety:

• Preventing blockage of chimneys and ventilation channels.

The company also reminds of the importance of preparing for the cold, particularly about window insulation. "Naftogaz of Ukraine" recommends conducting a thorough inspection of window hardware and seals, and if necessary, contacting specialists for their replacement. Special attention should be paid to cleaning and lubricating the hardware.

Interestingly, plastic windows have different operating modes. For better thermal insulation during the winter period, it is recommended to switch the hardware to winter mode.
