Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed an oil pumping station in Russia: pumping of Druzhba halted.
Last night, Ukrainian drone systems along with other military forces struck the oil pumping station 'Nikolskoe' in the Tambov region of Russia. The facility was destroyed, causing a large fire.
This information was confirmed by the commander of the drone forces Madyar and the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Consequences of the strike
As a result of the attack, the fire led to the cessation of oil pumping through the main oil pipeline 'Druzhba'.
The 'Nikolskoe' station holds significant strategic importance for Russia and is used to support Russian occupying forces. The General Staff emphasized that Ukrainian troops are acting deliberately to weaken the military-economic potential of Russia in order to stop the armed aggression against Ukraine.
Ukrainian forces together with other defense forces carried out a successful strike on the oil pumping station in Russia, which resulted in the halt of oil pumping and deprived the Russian occupying troops of an important fuel source.
