Russia presses on Vovchansk and Dvorichna: how the weather affects the front.
According to ТСН: Russian troops continue to press on positions in the Vovchansk and Dvorichna regions of Kharkiv Oblast, while changing weather conditions complicate both their attacks and the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The head of the communications department of the 48th Separate Artillery Brigade, Bohdan Petrenko, shared the situation at the front during an interview on 'Morning.LIVE'.
The Situation at the Front
He noted that the statements from the Russian side about 'daily advances' do not correspond to reality. According to their data, enemy troops should already be situated between the Kharkiv and Poltava regions.
'One of the hottest points remains Vovchansk and the Dvorichna area,' he added.
Since spring 2024, Russia has been attempting to bypass Vovchansk from the west, but without equipment, as Ukrainian forces are destroying it.
Problems with Troop Redeployment
The enemy is actively trying to redeploy troops across the Oskil and Vovcha rivers, but has not yet achieved stable success.
The occupiers have already captured two settlements in Kharkiv Oblast — Odradne and Bolohivka, which are located on the border with Russia.
'The enemy has occupied Odradne and Bolohivka, and has also advanced near Dvorichanske, Chervonyi Liman, in Zelene Hay and Vysoke,' they stated in DeepState.
Against the backdrop of these events, the situation at the front remains tense. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to resist the enemy's attacks, preventing them from implementing plans for further advancement. Attention must be paid to planning and logistics under changing weather conditions, which will undoubtedly affect the tactical situation in the region.
