According to the analytical company JATO Dynamics, the most popular car in Europe in March 2025 was the Peugeot 208 hatchback. Sales of this model reached 25,241 units, which is 7% more than last year.
The Peugeot 208 hatchback strengthened its position in the market and surpassed competitors in the race for first place.
The top ten most popular models in Europe in March also included:
- Peugeot 208 — 25,241 units (+7%);
- Dacia Sandero — 24,577 units (-6%);
- Renault Clio — 23,062 units (-3%);
- Nissan Qashqai — 22,826 units (-9%);
- Volkswagen Golf — 21,553 units (-17%);
- Volkswagen T-Roc — 21,292 units (+2%);
- Opel/Vauxhall Corsa — 20,143 units (+8%);
- Peugeot 2008 — 19,837 units (+9%);
- Volkswagen Tiguan — 19,591 units (+42%);
- Ford Puma — 19,269 units (+1%).
Ukrainians are also becoming more active in switching to electric cars, with the most popular models of this month.
