Night Attack by Russia: One of the Border Checkpoints with Romania Stopped Operation.
Checkpoint operations at the "Orlivka" border checkpoint were temporarily halted following a night attack by Russian forces. This was reported by the State Customs Service.
Currently, measures are being taken to restore the checkpoint's functionality after the attack. Until 11:00, checkpoint operations are suspended," the report reads.
Customs officials ask to plan trips considering the restrictions. Additional information on the resumption of checkpoint operations will be provided separately.
Air Alarm in Odesa Region
On the night of October 2, an air alarm lasted in the Odesa region for four hours, from 1:25 to 5:39. The Air Force reported that strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were moving towards the region, heading to the south of the Odesa region. Explosions were heard in the city of Izmail.
Attack on Sumy Region
On the evening of October 1, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on the Shostka district of Sumy region, using "Shahed" type unmanned aerial vehicles. The main targets of the attack were critical infrastructure objects.
Shelling of Kharkiv
Also, at around 4:00 AM, Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb.
